Memory book of the City-Hero Sevastopol (in 6 volumes) contains nominal list of 102,407 killed, died of wounds, missing people during World War II 1941-1945.
1. Warriors, called up for military service by military registration and enlistment offices of Sevastopol, regular officers extended service men having served in Sevastopol garrison.
2. Warriors and commanding officers of partisan detachments.
3. Warriors and commanding officers of Balaclava partisan detachment.
4. Members of Sevastopol underground organizations and people assisted them.
5. Civilian military units, workers of enterprises, organizations and residents of the city.
6. Warriors, killed in battles for Sevastopol (independently of their Birth-places and call to military service) during the defence (1941-1942) and liberation of the city (1944).

5 volume (additional) (Simferopol; Tavrida, 1995-975p.:pict.) contains information about 22,313 people, from the 6th list
6 volume (additional) (Simferopol: Bisnes-Inform, 2003.-798p.:pict) contains information about 10 515 people. From all the lists (1-6), and also the list of Sevastopol residents whose lives were lost in peace-time while performing military duty in Afghanistan (16 people), as a result of collision and while rescuing a battle-ship “Novorossiysk”(616), submarines, lost their lives in different areas of world ocean (71), seamen, killed by the explosion on the board of “Otvazhniy”(24). It also contains a reference book of land, naval, air units and formations, having participated in the defence (1941-1942) and liberation of Sevastopol (1944).
The reason for being included into “Memory Book” is the data from central, regional, city archives, military registration and enlistment, etc.
